Cutaneous T cell lymphoma

PATHWAY OPTIONS
There are a number of choices. Please ensure you have select the correct pathway for your sample. Please give as much clinical information as possible for all samples


Pathway 13A:  CTCL initial evaluation (blood)

Use this pathway during initial evaluation. It is important to establish T-cell clonality and look at phenotype to confirm diagnosis.
The following tests will be performed:

  • Morphology
  • Flow cytometry
  • Molecular (T cell clonality)

Pathway 13B: CTCL follow up evaluation (blood)

Use for follow up assessment of patients with an established diagnosis.
The following tests will be performed:

  • Morphology
  • Flow cytometry
